We are a company that specializes in the provision of audio/video transcription services. We are consistently looking for new skilled remote transcriptionists to work on our audio and video files.

#WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for freelancers, who are native in these languages:

- English
- Japanese
- Russian
- Chinese
(other languages coming soon...)

Speakers who can listen to our audio/video files and transcribe them into their original language or into English (if required).

#JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your task will be to:

- Transcribe at least 30 – 90 minutes of a variety of audio/video content per day
- Proofread your own transcripts
- Meet deadlines and submit completed transcripts in .docx format

We are looking for transcribers who would be able to transcribe at least 30 minutes of audio per day. If you are a freelancer who struggles to meet deadlines and simply want to try things out, this position is definitely not for you.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

- Experience in transcription
- Native speaker of English and/or the advertised language requirement
- Perfect language skills
- Advanced spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Strong eye for detail

Working Conditions:

You will be working remotely from your own office, home, or any other location you prefer to work from. You will be using your own software, hardware to complete the work.

Work will be assigned to your online account where you will be able to download audio/video files and find all necessary details.

#WHAT WE PAY:

The rates we pay will vary depending on TURN AROUND TIMES and JOB REQUIREMENTS.

The minimum rates are:
- English ($0.40-$0.70USD/min)
- Japanese ($0.50-$1.00USD/min)
- Russian ($0.40-$0.70USD/min)
- Chinese ($0.40-$0.70USD/min)

For the rates we pay, we expect complete, clean, error-free transcripts to be submitted within the allotted deadline time.

To become an approved freelancer and part of a client's talent pool to receive paid assignments, you will first be required to showcase your skill level as set out in the steps below:

  1. Select any one of the assignments as displayed in the positions section above.
  2. You can apply to these jobs by completing a small test task in order that the client may assess your skills and quality of work.
  3. If the client approves of your quality of work and results, they will proceed to assign you to their paid jobs channel and you will be notified by email when new jobs are available.

How to start?

You will first need to review the client's information above. If you are interested to work with this client, you will need to open account with us.

On this page you can view the client's specific requirements. If you are interested to work with this client you need to:

  1. Open account. Please follow this link.
  2. After you have completed the sign up process, you may select one or multiple jobs to which you want to apply.

Clients can be anyone from private individuals to global corporations.

We have to respect and protect our clients privacy.

After you complete the test job, the client will review and assess your results and will decide whether to approve you for future job assignments.

It can take from one hour to one month or longer. The approval time is dependent on the number of freelancers who have applied to the job and the client's needs and preferences.

The good news is that you can apply to other clients and jobs while you are waiting.

Terms of Work

You have full control of your time and are totally free to choose your work hours. However, if you do select a client job, you MUST meet ALL client requirements and deadlines.

All jobs posted by clients on the platform are made available to all members of the client’s talent network. This mean that any jobs you do not select can be taken by other freelancers within that client's pool.

Earnings and Payment

Each job the client posts has the amount payable which you will receive to your account once the job has been successfully completed and approved by the client.

The client has full control of the amounts payable for their jobs. There is no bidding or tokens process. If you select a particular job and successfully complete it, the money is yours.

Fees

10% from every payout you request. For example if you request to payout $100.00 USD, after fees you will receive $90.00 USD.

Payout Method

Currently, the only way to receive your payout is via your Payoneer account or crypto.

Minimum payout

Minimum payout is $100.00 USD. You must reach this amount in earnings to receive a payout.

As a security measure for new accounts, your initial payouts may be held pending up to a period of 15-30 days.

Once you have selected a job, it is your responsibility to commit to successful completion.

If, for any reason, you are unable to complete the job, you may return it to the pool for another freelancer to pick up.
