The WRKON platform focuses only on specific jobs which have clear processes and results.
For example, if you are a cloud expert you can find jobs which will require you to set up servers or configurations for the clients.
At the moment there are two ways to find clients:
1. You find clients who are already using the WRKON platform and apply to them by completing their test tasks.
2. You register on the WRKON platform and share your WRKON username or email via your own methods (social media, LinkedIn, etc.) with potential clients. Clients who already have a WRKON account can add you by knowing your username or email to their Talent List.
Our fee is lower - Most freelancer platforms charge commission rates as high as 30%, leaving you shortchanged
Prompt payouts – Payouts take place once a week. Some freelancer platforms hold your earnings for as long as two to four weeks
Fixed job rates - The paid job rate is fixed and set by the client. Most freelancer platforms operate on a 'bid for job' basis; resulting in the competition beating you to a job, not because of their capabilities, but because of their unrealistic low pricing
You as a talent can have multiple fixed clients, you always know what work assignments you can expect to receive from them. You simply select clients’ jobs and go to work.
You determine your earning capacity. It really depends on the number of assignments you choose to take on. Every job you take and complete will be paid.
Once your WRKON client has approved your work, you can submit your payout request via your payouts page, and will receive your earnings via your Payoneer account. Payouts will be sent every Monday, with the minimum payout amount being $100.00 USD.
No, you do not. You will 'apply' to prospective clients by simply completing the test tasks they set out. If the client approves of your skills and standard of work, you will become part of their talent pool in their Talent List and can get to work immediately.
